Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio
Ana Kristina Gasteyer (born January 1, 1977) is a popular American performer and comedian. Her most recognizable performance was when she was a part of the NBC sketch-comedy series Saturday Night Live, from 1996 until 2002. Since then, she has appeared on sitcoms, including ABC's Suburgatory TBS People of Earth NBC American Auto as well as in the movie Mean Girls. Gasteyer's career began at Northwestern University. She originally was enrolled as a vocal degree, but later changed to acting after being part of the comedy troupe. She carried that same spirit throughout her other roles, such in the roles of Sheila Shay, the overly-controlling character in Suburgatory and Karen Grisham the eccentric agent on Lady Dynamite. This has all led up to American Auto, the NBC comedy which gives Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring character. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She was a television actress in the HBO TV show Eastbound & Down, Capadocia on Amazon Television and the comedy Nacho Libre (2006). Reguera was a native of Veracruz. She was the daughter of Nena de la Reguera, was a Miss Veracruz who became a journalist and television personality. Reguera began taking ballet classes before pursuing a degree in the arts of performance at the Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura.
