Ana Kristina Gasteyer is an American performer and actress. She became famous for her appearance as a host of the NBC comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live in 1996-2002. She has since starred in shows like ABC's Suburgatory and TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto and the film Mean Girls. Gasteyer's acting career started with Northwestern University. She originally took a singing major, but then changed to acting after being involved in the university comedy group.
